Do I have to approve repairs?
Always. We text you photos and a price. Nothing gets done until you reply YES.
What's the warranty?
24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, whichever comes first.
Can you work on my car?
Domestic, Japanese, Korean and most European cars and light trucks. Call if you're not sure.
How long will it take?
Most repairs are done the same day. If we need parts, we tell you the ready time up front.
