A flat roof for a Bricktown warehouse

A brick warehouse turned offices, with a 30-year-old built-up roof that leaked onto the top floor every spring.

We cut core samples and ran a moisture scan to map the wet insulation, then replaced the roof one section a day so no tenant had to move out. Tapered insulation now drains the low spots that used to hold water for days.
